When does the sale start and end?

Subscribers can shop from November 19. The sale opens to everyone on November 20 and ends December 1 at 11:59 pm Pacific.

Can I combine Black Friday prices with a code?

No. One discount applies per order, so codes such as WELCOME10 can't be added on top of Black Friday prices.

How much is shipping, and when will it arrive?

Shipping is free on every order to the contiguous US. In-stock items usually arrive in 5–7 business days. Carrier delays in peak season can add time, so order by December 14 if you need it before the holidays.

Can I return a Black Friday purchase?

Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.

What if an item sells out?

Deals run while stock lasts. If an item sells out after you order, we'll contact you before it ships, and you can choose to wait or get a full refund.
